Noel is a sound designer, engineer, and collaborator working across the United States, with upcoming projects with Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Signature Theatre, New York Theatre Workshop, The Hearth, and Audible Theatre. Recent collaborations have brought them to Baltimore Center Stage, Long Wharf Theatre, Yale Repertory Theatre, NAATCO, Noor Theatre, En Garde Arts, Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the REACH at the Kennedy Center, and others. They love to create work that centers Chicano, queer and global majority communities.
Their work primarily includes engineering for live entertainment, designing theatrical works and plays, producing online work, and functioning in a variety of roles in post-production for film and audio dramas. They specialize in the system design and vocal reinforcement aspects of sound design, and are also a skilled content creator, composer, and editor.

Noel is an active member of UptownWorks, a media company dedicated to storytelling in various forms including theatre, film, television, and podcasts.
